2 months. 2 months of not exercising after a couple of months of not doing enough exercise.
I feel sick. My legs don’t want to move.
I have never been so tired during a run. EVER.
Wasted so much of the work I did last year. Going to have to do so much to get back to were I was let alone get ahead of it. Feeling fat, unfit and very sore. Boo
On the plus side the Zombies! Run … app works. Would have stopped running sooner without it.
The worst thing is I am really aware the 4 months ago I would have ran that same distance quicker and not been tired … feck.
