Stupid illness getting in the way of my workouts
3rd gym session in 48 hours. lifting my laptop to go on tumblr makes my arms ache
So after months of making excuses and slipping backwards and backwards from the progress I made last summer I have finally managed to start aiming back towards being on track.
Been to the gym from 6.30 am - 8am for the past two days (Monday and today). Going back to the gym now (in 15 mins)
Its been good. Hard but good.
Now the biggest challenge is maintaining this.
Which is going to be hard.
Going to try and get back on here more. Its helpful for motivation.
